Brittany Dingler

associate consultant

Brittany Dingler brings more than a decade of environmental health and safety experience to Conscious Healthy Home, with a background spanning industrial hygiene, OSHA compliance, and environmental management across the energy, industrial, and construction sectors. She has served as an HSE Advisor with Saipem, a Safety Manager at ExxonMobil, and a safety consultant helping contractors build audit-ready compliance programs from the ground up. Brittany holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Education from Kent State University and is an Associate Safety Professional (ASP).

Maria Hill

Maria Hill holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Houston and brings a background in sales, project management, and client communication to her work with Conscious Healthy Home clients. She is a licensed REALTOR® and Conscious Healthy Home Certified™ agent, a lifelong Conroe resident, and a member of Women's Council of REALTORS® Montgomery County. Maria has a way of making people feel informed and at ease even when the subject matter is heavy, which matters when the conversation is about the home a family already lives in.

Henry Valles

Associate Consultant

Henry Valles came to healthy building through the materials themselves. In 2017 he led the initiative to create Austin's first hempcrete home at Community First Village, a community serving the chronically homeless, and he has since shared what he learned about hemp building at the International Hemp Building Symposium, SXSW, SingularityU, the University of Texas, and EarthX. Henry holds a certification in Healthier and Sustainable Building from the Healthy Materials Lab at Parsons School of Design, a GREEN Designation from the National Association of REALTORS®, he is on the board of PHIUS Austin, and is a candidate for the Certified Passive House Builder designation through PHIUS. A Broker Associate with more than a decade in Austin real estate and new construction, he runs a hemp building consulting practice alongside his real estate work and is fluent in English and Spanish.

Lauren Zepeda Peters

Operations & client Coordinator

Lauren is our Operations and Client Care Coordinator and the first voice most clients hear when they reach out to Conscious Healthy Home. She helps ensure every client receives thoughtful support from their very first interaction. With more than a decade of experience in communications, administration, and client care, she brings a calm, organized approach to every conversation. Lauren is passionate about helping people feel seen, informed, and cared for, especially during seasons that can feel overwhelming.

Kristin Gunderson

Kristin Gunderson serves as fractional CFO for Conscious Healthy Home. She is the founder and owner of Gundersons CFO & Bookkeeping. Kristin holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Management from the University of Wisconsin-Superior and a Master's in Accounting from the University of Phoenix.
